i used to be naive enough to believe that sorry was a commitment. i thought sorry was an acknowledgment of something wrong, an expression of remorse and desire to make right. i thought sorry was a promise of effort to make a change.

sorry is just a word to be thrown around. a convenience. i feel nothing when i hear it.
