clln ch, you sleep too much and at the wrong times. you know how unhealthy it is. how this is no state for studying. for three and a half months to 'a's. you are getting nothing done. there is no room, no time for your indulgent ways. there will be no more staying up late and sleeping in and by association, no more idling on the internet, no more going out, no more beers, no more late night conversations. bed by 11pm, wake up at 6:30am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. stay out of the house, or at the very least your room. stop procrastinating. mind in the middle. no more thinking of what is irrelevant. all energy to be channelled into productivity in terms of school work instead of negative thoughts that only serve to bring you down. you can continue dreaming after nov 28. no more pushing shit away. starting this weekend you will get shit done.
